Frequently asked Questions about organising a function.

Bookings are only confirmed once the contract has been signed, returned and the booking fee paid.

⦁ One menu per group, no mixing of menu within a group is allowed.
⦁ Menu choice must be confirmed five (5) working days prior to the date of the function.
⦁ Ordering on the night will be done once the whole group has arrived. There is an expectation that the order will be taken within 10 – 15 minutes of the booking time.
⦁ Guest numbers must be confirmed five (5) working days prior to the date of the function. Any changes to these numbers must be notified to us directly.
⦁ No food is allowed to be brought onto the premises without prior consultation with management.
⦁ If there are items that you wish to have but we do not have them , please let us know and we can either source for you or grant permission for guests to bring along.
⦁ Celebratory cakes and cupcakes are allowed.
⦁ Special dietary requirements can be catered for with notification.

⦁ We have a 58” big-screen T.V. for your convenience. You will need a HDMI compatible device to plug into our system. We suggest that you come in a couple of days prior to do a “Test Run”.
⦁ IPods and iPhones etc can be plugged directly into our speaker system.
⦁ We will consider having DJ’s or a live band at the request of the host.

⦁ Yes, this can be done after 2.00pm on the day unless another function is taking place.
⦁ No poppers, tacks, staples, nails or glue to be used. No tape to be used to secure any materials to the floor.

⦁ Full payment is required at the conclusion of the function.
⦁ Bill payment can be split per person. The host will be responsible for the final account.
⦁ No cheques are accepted unless by prior arrangement by management
⦁ No Entertainment Vouchers will be accepted at any functions or on any set-menus.
